As an Independent Regulation 44 Visitor, you will conduct monthly independent visits to children's homes in accordance with Regulation 44 of The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and provide objective assessments of the quality of care being delivered. PolicyBase is seeking experienced children's social care professionals to join our growing Associate Consultant Network as Ofsted Mock Inspectors. This role is designed for highly experienced sector professionals who can independently assess children's services against current Ofsted inspection frameworks and provide providers with realistic inspection experiences, constructive challenge and meaningful improvement recommendations. As an Ofsted Mock Inspector, you will undertake detailed inspection-readiness reviews of children's homes, supported accommodation services, fostering agencies, childcare settings and other regulated services. This opportunity is ideal for former Ofsted inspectors, Responsible Individuals, Registered Managers, Operations Managers, senior social care leaders and other experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of inspection frameworks.
