This Acceptable Use Policy sets the standards expected from anyone using Find Carers, including clients, families, providers, professionals, advertisers and website visitors.
Use the Platform Lawfully
Users must not use Find Carers for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, exploitative or misleading activity.
Accuracy and Honesty
Users must not submit false listings, fake reviews, misleading claims, inaccurate care information, unauthorised profile changes or content that impersonates another person or organisation.
Respectful Communication
Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, offensive or inappropriate communication is not permitted between users, with Find Carers staff or in any content submitted to the platform.
Security and Misuse
Users must not attempt to hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, introduce malware or misuse the website or platform systems.
Care-Sector Sensitivity
Because Find Carers operates in the care sector, content must be handled carefully. Users must not exploit vulnerable people, share unnecessary sensitive information or misuse safeguarding-related information.
Action We May Take
We may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend listings, refuse adverts, block users or report serious matters to relevant authorities where appropriate.
