- Complete the Request Form:

- Location & Schedule: Postcode, travel radius, preferred start date, frequency (daily, weekly, overnight).

Confirm & Start Care
Once you’ve chosen a carer:
- Finalize Booking: Confirm dates and times; receive a digital care agreement via e-signature.
- Secure Payment: Set up your preferred payment method (card or Direct Debit).
- Onboarding Support: Your Care Advisor remains available for any adjustments or special requests.
Ongoing Monitoring & Relationship Management
- Regular Check-Ins: We’ll follow up at 1 week, 1 month, and quarterly to ensure satisfaction.
