Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

Brandso Care Network is seeking experienced, motivated and child-focused Registered Managers to lead children's residential homes across England. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders who are committed to delivering outstanding care, achieving positive outcomes for children and maintaining high levels of regulatory compliance. As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational leadership, safeguarding, quality assurance, staffing, financial management and regulatory compliance of the home. You will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, therapeutic and child-centred environment where children and young people can thrive, develop independence and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold Ofsted registration for the home. Provide overall leadership and management of the service. Ensure safeguarding remains at the centre of practice. Promote positive outcomes for children and young people. Lead and develop the staff team. Conduct supervision and appraisal processes. Manage recruitment and retention activities. Ensure staff training and development requirements are met. Monitor and improve service quality. Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations. Manage Ofsted inspections and regulatory visits. Monitor incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
