Adult Care Worker

Brandso Care Network is recruiting compassionate, reliable and professional Adult Care Workers to provide high-quality support to adults living within their own homes, supported living environments, extra care housing schemes and community-based settings. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing individuals to support people with differing needs while making a genuine difference to their lives. As an Adult Care Worker, you will support individuals to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing while promoting choice, rights and inclusion. This position is suitable for experienced care workers, support workers, healthcare assistants and individuals looking to develop a rewarding career within health and social care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support. Assist with personal care where required. Support individuals with washing, dressing and grooming. Assist with medication prompts and administration (where trained). Support meal preparation and nutrition. Promote hydration and healthy living. Accompany individuals to appointments. Support community access and social inclusion. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with shopping and domestic tasks. Monitor health and wellbeing. Maintain accurate care records. Follow care plans and risk assessments. Report concerns and safeguarding issues appropriately. Work in partnership with families and professionals. Promote dignity, choice and independence.
