Find Carers is a 360° care marketplace by Brandso Ltd, connecting verified independent carers and care agencies with clients across the UK. We integrate compliance (PolicyBase), training (CareBridge Academy), and branding & marketing (Brandso Studios) to help you grow.
Both individual carers and registered care agencies. You must provide valid ID, proof of qualifications, and insurances. Agencies should also submit company registration details and key staff DBS checks.
Adult home care, live-in care, nursing support, children’s care, respite care, dementia care, specialist therapies, and more. You can list multiple service categories on your profile.

— Enter your personal or agency details, contact information, and location.
— Verify your email address to activate the account.
— Identity: Passport or driver’s license scan.
— DBS Certificate: Current Disclosure and Barring Service check.
— Right to Work: Visa or national insurance documentation (if applicable).
— Qualifications: NVQs, diplomas, nursing registration.
— Insurance: Professional indemnity and public liability certificates (via PolicyBase).
— Upload a professional headshot (minimum 400×400 px).
— Add a concise bio and service descriptions.
— Specify your availability, rates, languages spoken, and specialisms.
— Link to training certificates from CareBridge Academy.
The “Profile Completion” bar (out of 100%) fills as you add mandatory sections. Aim for 100% to unlock premium visibility features.
— DBS: Every 3 years (or sooner, per regulatory guidance).
— Insurance: Annually upon policy renewal.
— You’ll receive automated reminders 30 days before any expiry.
All carers must meet CQC guidelines for adult and children’s care. PolicyBase ensures you comply with UK regulations, including Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (2006) and Care Act (2014).
— Navigate to Training → CareBridge Academy.
— Enrol in mandatory induction modules (e.g., Health & Safety, Safeguarding).
— Choose specialist courses (Dementia Care, Paediatric First Aid).
Basic induction training is included in your subscription. Advanced qualifications and CPD modules have discounted rates for registered providers.
Upon completion, digital badges appear on your profile. Clients can click to verify the issuing date and module details.
— Maintain a 100% Profile Completion Score.
— Collect and showcase client reviews (★ ratings).
— Opt into Featured Provider placements (subscription add-on).
— Use the Brandso Studios SEO toolkit to optimise keywords in your bio.
Paid placement on the homepage and category pages, with branded review cards and consultation booking links. Increases referral traffic by up to 3×.
Contact Brandso Studios via Marketing Resources in your dashboard. Options include social media campaigns, bespoke landing pages, and email newsletters.
— New booking requests appear in My Jobs.
— Review client details, proposed dates, and rates.
— Click Accept to confirm or Decline with optional feedback.
Use the Calendar tab to block out dates/times. Availability syncs in real time.
— Notify the client via our messaging tool as soon as possible.
— Rescheduling is free if done ≥24 hours before the start time.
— Cancellations: 24 hours may incur cancellation fees (as per Terms).
— Clients are charged upon booking confirmation.
— Funds are remitted to your bank account within 5 business days after the service date.
— Service Fee: 10% of the booking value.
— Subscription Fee: £9.99/month or £99/year for premium provider features.
Invoices are automatically generated and emailed after each completed booking. You can also download past invoices from My Billing.
We investigate disputes via our Support team. If you provide proof of service delivery (timesheets, photos), charges are typically upheld.
After each job, clients are prompted to leave a ★ rating and written feedback. Positive reviews boost your search ranking.
Yes—click Respond next to each review to thank clients or address concerns professionally.
Average ratings appear under your name. Low ratings (<3★) may trigger support outreach for quality improvement.

Depending on severity, actions range from profile suspension to permanent removal. Appeals can be made via our Complaints Procedure.
